Leasing FAQs
How do I apply to lease equipment?
Complete a credit application and the financial provider will process your application. The financial provider will confirm approval, interest rates, and terms and conditions.
Can I also lease software and services?
Yes, it is possible to include a percentage of software and services within a lease transaction. This percentage varies between financial providers.
Once I am approved for the lease, what is the process to complete the transaction?
The financial provider will provide documents for you to sign and agree to payment methods. Once completed, the financial provider will notify us that everything is ready and instruct us to deliver the equipment to you per the transaction terms. We will record all serial numbers provided to us, and invoice the financial provider to complete the transaction. You will receive and sign for the equipment. Ours is a simplified, best practice process resulting in a painless customer experience.
How are service and repairs on the leased equipment handled?
HTG will handle repairs and service in the same manner as if you had purchased the equipment. The manufacturer covers in-warranty service and repair costs. You are responsible for out-of-warranty work.
