How It Works

How a purchase actually runs.

01

We confirm the requirement

Quantity, configuration, standards, licensing, warranty, destinations and dates.

02

We source and price it

We compare what is available, and tell you what the lead time really looks like.

03

We prepare it

Receiving, inspection, asset tags, imaging, accessories and kits, to whatever depth you asked for.

04

We ship and hand off

Equipment goes out by user, site or wave, with the records your team needs.

Two Ways to Buy

One project, or an ongoing program.

One project

A refresh, a new site or an infrastructure purchase

You know the quantity and the date. We source it, prepare it and have it there in time for the install.

Ongoing program

Onboarding, replacements and refresh waves

We hold your approved standards and kit lists, and release equipment as your team asks for it.

Ridgefield, Washington

Where the work happens.

Receiving, staging, kitting, storage and shipping all run out of our own warehouse, which is why we can hold equipment until your install date instead of dropping it on your team early.

Common Questions

Questions we get most often.

What can HTG buy for us?

Business hardware — laptops, desktops, monitors, network and security equipment, servers, storage, POS and peripherals — plus software, cloud subscriptions and licensing for the products we are an authorized route for.

Can you stage, image and tag equipment before it ships?

Yes. We receive it, inspect it, capture serials, apply asset tags, image and configure it, pair the accessories and build user or site kits. We need your images, credentials and access for the configuration part.

Do you work with one manufacturer or several?

Several, through our strategic partners network. We source against what you actually need rather than a single brand, and if you already have an approved standard we buy to it.

What affects price and delivery timing?

Quantity, configuration, manufacturer availability, licensing terms, how much staging you want, how many destinations and the freight method. We quote manufacturer lead time and our staging time separately, so the install date reflects both.
